Privacy Policy

Privacy is important for Skyfire Labs, Inc. (“Skyfire”). This policy covers how Skyfire Labs
collects and uses your personal information. This policy applies to all of the products and services offered
by Skyfire Labs. Where more detailed information is needed to explain our privacy practices, we post
supplementary privacy notices. The list of these notices and how you can access them are detailed in the
section entitled “Privacy Policy Supplement List”.
This policy does not apply to people that Skyfire Labs does not employ or manage, or to the practices
of companies that Skyfire Labs does not own or control.
Notice to European Customers: The information you provide to Skyfire could be transferred outside the
European Union for the purpose of processing by Skyfire Labs and its agents. When you submit any information
you agree to the international transfer of that information.
1.1 The Information Skyfire Collects
When you browse Skyfire Labs' web-site, Skyfire Labs collects the following type of information:

When you sign up for a Skyfire Labs account or service, you provide personal information during the
registration process, such as your name, email address, mobile phone number, and account password.
We maintain your sensitive information, such as account passwords in an encrypted form on secure
servers. We may combine the information you provide to us with Skyfire Labs affiliates and its
agents in order to provide you a better customer experience.

When you visit Skyfire Labs web-site, Skyfire Labs might set and access one or more cookies
(small text files containing a string of alphanumeric characters) on your computer. We use cookies
to store limited session related information so that users can login and use our web-site.

Skyfire Labs automatically receives and logs information from your computer that your browser
sends such as, IP address, browser type, and Skyfire Labs cookie information browser language,
referring / exit pages and URLs, platform type, number of clicks, domain names, landing pages,
pages viewed and the order of those pages, features used in the Skyfire application, and one or
more Skyfire cookies that may uniquely identify your browser.

Skyfire Labs is free to use, disclose, reproduce, license and distribute any comments,
suggestions and feedback to Skyfire Labs regarding the use of our mobile browser.
When you use Skyfire Labs' mobile browser, Skyfire Labs keeps collects activity information as follows:

When you sign up for a Skyfire Labs account or service in the application, you provide personal
information during the registration process, such as your name, email address, mobile phone number,
and account password. We maintain your sensitive information, such as account passwords in an
encrypted form on secure servers.

When you use the Skyfire Services, our servers automatically record certain information about
your usage from your mobile device. These server logs may include information such as a mobile
device identification number and device identifier, web requests, Internet Protocol ("IP")
address, browser type, browser language, referring / exit pages and URLs, platform type, number
of clicks, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed and the order of those pages, features
used in the Skyfire mobile application, the number of shared pages and referrals related to
Skyfire, the amount of time spent on particular web pages, the dates and times of your requests,
and cookies that may uniquely identify your device to web sites you visited.

Skyfire Labs might maintain usage data to assist Skyfire Labs in debugging its system or addressing
other problems in its products or services. This usage data may include such information as your web
request, web response, IP address, the date and time of your request, size of the communication, and
cookies as well as client side data such as connect times, connect failures and performance problems.
Please note that end user license agreements governing the use of Skyfire Labs' products and services
might contain provisions regarding the collection and use of customer information which supplement or
vary from this Privacy Policy, which will take precedence in governing the customer's use of the subject
products or services.
Skyfire Labs does not intentionally collect information from children who are under the age of 13 in the
United States or under the age of 18 in the European Union. In fact the Skyfire License Agreement requires
users to be of age 18 or older. If you do not meet these age requirements, you should not provide
information on this site and should ask your parent or guardian to do so for you.
Skyfire Labs processes personal information only for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and
the supplementary privacy notices referenced from this Privacy Policy.
1.2 The Way Skyfire Uses Information:
Skyfire Labs uses information for the following general purposes:

Skyfire uses your personally identifiable, registration, profile, and usage information to operate,
maintain, and provide to you and other Users all of the features and functionality of the Skyfire Service.

Skyfire uses your personally identifiable, and certain non-personally-identifiable information (such
as anonymous log file information) to track and analyze User preferences and trends in order to improve
the quality and design of the Skyfire Services and to create new features, promotions, functionality,
and services

Skyfire uses unique identifiers and log file information to: (a) identify your device and account
to remember so that you will not have to re-enter it during your visit or the next time you visit
the Skyfire Services; (b) provide custom and personalized content, advertisements, and information;
(c) monitor the effectiveness of our service or marketing campaigns; and (d) monitor aggregate
usage metrics.

Skfyire uses your email address or mobile number from time-to-time for non-marketing or
administrative purposes such as sending privacy or security related notices, notifying you of
major Skyfire Services changes, or for other customer service purposes.

Skyfire uses your personally identifiable, registration, profile, and history information
to personalize and serve advertisements specifically to you and your interests. We do not
disclose who you are in this process to third parties or affiliates.

We may combine the information you provide to us with Skyfire Labs affiliates and its agents
in order to provide you a better customer experience without releasing personally identifying
information.

Skyfire may use the data collected to provide anonymous reporting for internal and external
clients, for auditing and analysis in order to maintain and protect our services or to ensure
the technical functionality of our service and network.
1.3 Information Sharing and Disclosure
Skyfire Labs does not sell, rent or share your personal information with other companies or
individuals or non-affiliated companies except following limited circumstances:

We have your permission. We require opt-in permission for the sharing of any personal information.

We respond to court orders, subpoenas, or legal process, or enforceable governmental request, or
to establish or defend against legal claims, or exercise our legal rights.

We believe it is necessary to access, use, preserve or disclose such information to detect, investigate,
prevent, or address illegal activities, fraud, security or technical issues, or potential threats to the
safety of any person, or violations of Skyfire Labs' terms of use, or to protect rights, property, or
safety of Skyfire Labs as required or permitted by law.

We provide information to our subsidiaries, affiliated companies or other trusted businesses or persons
who work on behalf or with Skyfire Labs under confidentiality agreements and in compliance with this
Privacy Policy.

Skyfire discloses aggregate, anonymous log file and usage information in reports to interested third
parties to assist those parties in understanding the usage patterns and performance results of certain
advertisements, content, services, promotions, or features. For example, we may provide aggregate-level
reports to an advertising partner for the purpose of showing delivery and performance statistics of a
specific advertising campaign.

If Skyfire Labs is acquired by or merged with another company, Skyfire Labs will provide you notice
before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
Skyfire Labs might share certain limited information that does not identify you individually with
third parties such as “men between the age of 18 and 65” for targeted advertisements or
aggregated data, such as “number of users who went to a particular web-site” for market research.

1.4 Information Security, Confidentiality, and Integrity
Skyfire uses commercially reasonable physical, managerial, and technical safeguards. We cannot,
however, ensure or warrant the security of any information that Skyfire receives on your behalf
to operate the Skyfire Services or that you transmit to Skyfire and you do so at your own risk.
We also cannot guarantee that such information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or
destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards.
We limit access to personal information about you to Skyfire Labs employees, contractors and
agents who need to come into contact with that information to operate, develop or improve our
products and services. These individuals are under confidentiality agreements and may face
disciplinary charges, termination and/or criminal prosecution if they fail to meet their
agreements. We review our data collection and use practices to ensure that we collect and use
only necessary amount of personal information needed to operate, develop or improve our
products and services.
We have reasonable procedures in place to ensure that the personal information we process
is accurate, complete, and current. However it is ultimately up to our users to update or
correct their personal information whenever necessary.
If Skyfire learns of a security systems breach, then we may attempt to notify you
electronically so that you can take appropriate protective steps. Skyfire may post a notice
on the Skyfire Services if a security breach occurs.
1.5 Accessing and Updating Personal Information
Skyfire Labs makes good faith efforts to provide you with access to your personal information.
We take reasonable steps to authenticate and authorize users before they can access their
personal information. You can use this access to correct this data if it is inaccurate or to
delete such data if it is not otherwise required to be retained by law or for legitimate
business purposes. We may decline to process requests that would be extremely impractical,
require disproportionate technical effort (for example, information stored on backup devices),
jeopardize the privacy of others, or degrade the customer experience. We provide information
access and correction free of charge, except if doing so would require a disproportionate
amount of effort. Each of our products and services has different procedures to access,
correct or delete personal information. The details of these procedures are provided in their
respective help pages.
1.6 Changes to this Privacy Policy
Skyfire Labs may update this policy from time to time. We will post any Privacy Policy changes
on this page. Each version of this Privacy Policy is identified by its effective date at the
top of this document.
